A Message from Peggy Totten, Director of Family Ministries
Over 11 years ago, my family and I found our way to St. Mark’s Episcopal church. We wanted a place where our 3 children could strengthen their faith and be welcomed into a community. Shortly after visiting for the first time, I signed on as youth leader and my husband Shane started singing at Sunday services. We soon became fully immersed in this wonderful place that we now call our second home. Over the years, I filled various roles at the church teaching Christian Formation classes to all ages and also starting up St. Mark’s Preschool located here on campus. I will continue to minister to our Island’s prekindergarten students at the preschool and also work in my new but familiar role as Family Minister.
I am honored to be a part of your family and want you to know that we care about you. I welcome your suggestions on how we can continue to make St. Mark’s your second home.
