Back to School Food Drive
September 13 @ 9:30 am - 11:00 am
On September 13, St. Mark’s will conduct our Annual Back to School Food Drive. Our Daily Bread has had a huge increase in the request from schools for weekend food back packs. They need our help to help meet the need.
Donations needed for Back-to-School weekend backpacks:
Microwave Chef Boyardee meals
Microwave Mac and Cheese
Fruit cups
Cereal bowls and small boxes of cereal
Small juice containers – shelf stable
Small milk containers – shelf stable
Peanut butter crackers
Snacks of any kind in small containers: chips, popcorn, but not cookies
Breakfast bars
The four area schools served by this program decide who needs these donated foods, Our Daily Bread fills the backpacks and volunteers deliver them to the schools every Friday.
